1HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED?
Items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
We also offer next day delivery – please visit our delivery page for more details.
If any item(s) are out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to advise you on your options. Options range from
- Delaying your order,
- Part shipping your order and once the item(s) are back in stock we will send at no extra charge to you after your first delivery.
- Cancel your complete order

3CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
We hope you love our toys as much as we do, but if you do need to return them please follow the instructions provided on your return slip or on our returns page.
4WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your goods are showing as having been delivered, or if you haven’t received them after 7 working days, please get in touch with us on 0121 285 5303 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Most of our parcels are tracked so we can find out what’s happened and make sure you get your goods.
